Reschedules, Refunds, Customer Satisfaction, and more

  • Reschedules & Cancellations

Our goal at Eastern Washington Guides is to provide a high-caliber, fun, and no-stress hunting or fishing trip. We get it, life happens so plans change.

Reschedules: Please contact us 48 hours in advance if you need to book your trip for another date. All customers communicating a reschedule date 48 hours in advance (or more) will have admin fees waived.

Cancellations: If you cancel a trip less than 72 hours from the start time of the trip, we’ll assess a 20% charge to cover online processing fees and trip prep. Any remainder balance if booked online will be charged back to your card within 7 days but may take longer to process depending on your credit card provider.

Cancellations made by the customer less than 24 hours from the start time, or failure to show without speaking to Aaron directly, will forfeit 50% of the total trip cost.

  • Extending Trips

Quite a few of our customers ask to extend another day, especially if the fishing or hunting is lights out.

If you’re beyond 48 hours and would like to extend your trip; it usually can be accommodated. If you booked on this site, simply add another day to your booked trip. If is shows we’re full, please contact us immediately to check with Aaron or your guide.

  • Licenses, Tags, Permits, Bag Limits

Online license purchasing resources can be found on DFWs website. We recommend staying up to date and check the status of all fisheries, bag limits, and permits actively.

Not a worry for waterfowl hunting but our fishing guides are well versed in checking for daily or mid-season closing of marine areas mostly applicable for Salmon.

  • Trash & Garbage

Please pack out what you pack in. All land, private or public deserves to be left better than we found it. All wrappers, wads, spent shells and garbage, in general, should be packed out or put in the garbage bag provided during clean up.

  • Refunds

Eastern Washington Guides offer hunting and fishing trips, not killing trips. Meaning, we cannot make any guarantees or promises of limits, fish or fowl. Our guides literally drive hundreds of miles every week to scout birds and pull on decades of experience angling but sometimes things are outside of our control. We’ll do our absolute best to make every trip a successful and memorable one but we do not offer refunds.

  • Weather, Road Restrictions, Passes

Weather happens. We also understand when road closures occur, they’re outside of everyone’s control. We encourage early and frequent communication with Aaron if the weather forecast threatens travel. Our expectation is that our clients make a good faith effort to make the scheduled trip or work on a rescheduling solution together.
